This Privacy Policy applies to the MECMISR website, document-request forms, Request for Quotation forms, request-center pages, email communications and other online business interactions operated by MECMISR.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information such as name, email address, telephone number and preferred contact method.
• Professional information such as company name, job-related information and business relationship details.
• Project and quotation information, including project name, location, requested services, scope of work, budget range and required quotation date.
• Supporting files uploaded with a quotation or business request, including drawings, specifications, images, spreadsheets, documents and compressed files.
• Document-request information relating to company profiles, certificates and business-purpose explanations.
• Communication records, including emails, submitted messages and follow-up correspondence.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, request date, security-verification results and workflow or execution references.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, national identification documents, medical data or other highly sensitive personal information unless MECMISR specifically requests it through an approved secure channel.

3. How we use information

We may use submitted information to:

• Review and respond to business inquiries.
• Evaluate project requirements and prepare quotations.
• Process requests for company profiles and certificates.
• Contact clients through email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Assign requests to the appropriate MECMISR department.
• Maintain customer, lead, project and request records.

• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse and automated abuse.
• Improve website functionality and service quality.
• Comply with contractual, accounting, legal and security duties.

4. Website forms and automated processing

Website requests may be processed through automated workflow systems used to validate submissions, route information, create CRM records, generate reference numbers and send confirmation messages.

Automated processing supports administration and communication. Final commercial, technical and contractual decisions remain subject to review by authorized MECMISR personnel.

5. Service providers and business systems

MECMISR may use trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate the website and process business requests, including:

• Website hosting and server infrastructure.
• n8n workflow automation systems.
• Airtable customer and request-management systems.
• Email and mailbox service providers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile and related security services.
• File-storage or communication services used for project delivery.

These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services, maintain security and support MECMISR operations.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile and security checks

MECMISR uses Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive requests. Technical information may be processed for fraud prevention, security and verification purposes.

7. Uploaded documents

Files uploaded through a Request for Quotation form are used to evaluate the relevant project or service request. Access is limited to personnel and systems reasonably required to review, administer or respond to the request.

The person submitting a file must have the authority and permission required to provide it to MECMISR.

8. Information sharing

MECMISR does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:

• Authorized MECMISR employees and representatives.
• Technical service providers supporting website operations.
• Professional advisers where necessary.
• Authorities where disclosure is legally required.
• Project partners or subcontractors when necessary for evaluating or delivering a requested service and where appropriate safeguards apply.

9. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the request, maintain business records, support project delivery, resolve disputes, meet contractual or legal duties and maintain security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, project relationship and applicable business or legal requirements.

10. Information security

MECMISR applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.

11. International processing

Some infrastructure or service providers may process information in countries other than the country from which it was submitted. MECMISR uses such services only where reasonably required for business operations and security.

12. Your requests and choices

Subject to applicable requirements, you may contact MECMISR to:

• Request access to personal information held about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion where retention is no longer required.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

MECMISR services and website forms are intended for business and professional use. They are not directed to children.

15. Policy changes

MECMISR may update this Privacy Policy when website functionality, services, legal requirements or business practices change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated accordingly.

16. YouTube API Services and Google OAuth

MECMISR uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0 through the internal MECMISR Social Publisher system to manage and publish approved MECMISR-owned video content to the official MECMISR YouTube channel.

Data accessed and used: The system may access the authorized YouTube channel identifier and channel name, video identifiers and metadata, upload-playlist information, upload and processing status, and OAuth authorization information required to operate the YouTube API integration.

Permissions: MECMISR currently requests the youtube.upload permission to upload approved MECMISR videos and the youtube.readonly permission to verify the authorized MECMISR channel and retrieve information needed for upload verification and duplicate prevention.

Purpose of use: YouTube API data is used only to verify the authorized official MECMISR channel, upload approved MECMISR-owned content, verify video processing and publishing status, and prevent duplicate uploads. MECMISR does not sell YouTube API data, use it for advertising profiling, or use the API to manage unrelated third-party channels.

OAuth token security: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on MECMISR-controlled systems using encryption at rest. OAuth credentials are not made publicly available.

Data retention: MECMISR retains YouTube API data only for as long as necessary for the authorized internal publishing purpose. Stored API data is refreshed or deleted in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including applicable 30-day refresh or deletion requirements.

Revoking Google authorization: An authorized user may revoke MECMISR's Google/YouTube access at any time through Google's security permissions page: Google Account security permissions .

If authorization is revoked, can no longer be verified or refreshed, or an authorized user requests deletion of YouTube API data stored by MECMISR, MECMISR will cease the applicable authorized access and delete the associated Authorized Data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

A deletion request may be sent to info@mecmisr.com. Deleting data stored by MECMISR does not delete data or content stored directly by YouTube. Content stored on YouTube must be deleted through YouTube or another appropriately authorized application that supports that action.

MECMISR's use of information received through Google APIs is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. MECMISR uses YouTube API Services in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
