1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the MECMISR website, submitting a request or using an online service provided through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit information or files through the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about MECMISR, its engineering, contracting, electromechanical and AI automation services, previous work, company documents and communication channels.
Website content is provided for general business information and does not replace a formal technical assessment, site inspection, engineering study, quotation or signed contract.
3. Request for Quotation submissions
A Request for Quotation submitted through the website is an invitation for MECMISR to review project requirements. It is not a purchase order, contract, acceptance, commitment or binding offer.
MECMISR may request additional information, drawings, meetings, clarification, measurements, technical studies or site visits before deciding whether to prepare a quotation.
The automated RFQ reference number and confirmation email only confirm receipt of the submission. They do not confirm pricing, availability, project acceptance or a delivery schedule.
4. Formal quotations and contracts
A quotation is valid only when issued through an authorized MECMISR business channel and clearly identifies the scope, price, validity period, assumptions and applicable conditions.
A project agreement becomes binding only after the required written approvals, signatures, purchase orders, payments or other contractual requirements have been completed.
Quotations may be revised where project information, quantities, specifications, taxes, exchange rates, site conditions, material costs, schedules or client requirements change.
5. Information provided by clients
Users must provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably sufficient for MECMISR to evaluate the request.
MECMISR is not responsible for errors, delays, inaccurate estimates or unsuitable recommendations resulting from incomplete, misleading or incorrect information supplied by the user.
6. Uploaded files and documents
By uploading a file, the user confirms that they are authorized to provide it to MECMISR and that its submission does not violate any confidentiality duty, intellectual-property right, law or third-party restriction.
Users must not upload malicious software, executable threats, corrupted files, unlawful content, passwords or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information.
MECMISR may reject, remove or decline to review files that are unsafe, inaccessible, irrelevant or inconsistent with the stated business purpose.
7. Company profile and certificate requests
MECMISR company profiles, client certificates and related documents may be subject to management review before release.
Approval is not automatic. MECMISR may decline a request, provide a limited document set, apply watermarks or request further business verification.
Documents supplied by MECMISR may be used only for the legitimate business purpose stated in the request and may not be altered, misrepresented, resold or publicly redistributed without permission.
8. Email and business communications
Users consent to receive communications reasonably connected to their request, including confirmation emails, clarification questions, quotation updates and project-related correspondence.
Email delivery is not guaranteed. Users should confirm important commercial or contractual matters through an authorized MECMISR contact.
9. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Submit false identities or unauthorized business requests.
- Attempt to bypass security checks or access restricted systems.
- Interfere with website, server, workflow or email operations.
- Upload malware, harmful code or automated abusive requests.
- Copy or misuse company or client documents without permission.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, text, layouts, graphics, designs and company materials are owned by or licensed to MECMISR.
No content may be reproduced, altered, published, sold or used to misrepresent a relationship with MECMISR without prior written permission.
11. Client and third-party materials
Drawings, specifications, trademarks, photographs and other materials supplied by a client or third party remain subject to their applicable ownership and usage rights.
Submission to MECMISR grants only the permission reasonably required to review, price, communicate about or perform the requested services.
12. Confidential information
MECMISR takes reasonable measures to limit access to business and project information. Website forms should not be used to send exceptionally sensitive information unless MECMISR has confirmed an appropriate secure transmission method.
Separate confidentiality agreements may be required for specific projects, tenders or commercial discussions.
13. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, workflow, email, security, CRM, communication or external website services.
MECMISR is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability or terms, except to the extent required by applicable law or an agreed contract.
14. Website availability and security
MECMISR may update, suspend or modify website features for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.
While reasonable measures are used to protect the website, continuous availability, error-free operation and complete protection from internet threats cannot be guaranteed.
15. Disclaimer
Website information is provided on a general informational basis. Technical, engineering, commercial and scheduling decisions must be based on the relevant project conditions and formally approved documents.
Images, descriptions, examples and previous project references do not guarantee identical results for another project.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MECMISR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from reliance on general website information, delayed email delivery, temporary website interruption or unauthorized use of submitted information by a person who lacked permission to submit it.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to these terms
MECMISR may update these terms when website functions, services, operational requirements or applicable requirements change. The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
18. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and website-related business interactions are subject to the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
