These Terms govern use of MECMISR Business Messaging, including WhatsApp Business Platform integration, business messaging, automation, AI-assisted features and related workspace services.
1. Authorized Business Use
The service is intended for businesses and authorized users. You must have authority to connect and manage the Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone numbers used with the platform.
2. Meta and WhatsApp
MECMISR Business Messaging integrates with services provided by Meta. Use of WhatsApp Business Platform remains subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies and messaging requirements.
3. Customer Consent
You are responsible for obtaining required customer consent and for complying with applicable laws, messaging policies, template requirements and restrictions on unsolicited communications.
4. Security
You must protect account credentials and limit access to authorized personnel. You are responsible for activity performed through your organization workspace and connected business assets.
5. AI and Automation
AI and automation may assist with responses, classification and workflows. Businesses remain responsible for their configurations and communications sent through their accounts.
6. Privacy
Personal information is processed according to the MECMISR Business Messaging Privacy Policy. Businesses must have a lawful basis for data they provide or process through the platform.
7. Acceptable Use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, malicious activity, unauthorized access or conduct that violates Meta, WhatsApp or applicable legal requirements.
8. Availability
Availability may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications providers, cloud infrastructure and other third-party services. MECMISR cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended for security reasons, non-payment, policy violations, legal requirements, abuse or loss of authorization to connected third-party services.
10. Fees
Paid plans, subscription fees and usage charges are governed by the applicable MECMISR ordering and billing terms.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable law, security requirements or third-party platform requirements change.
